Has anyone had experience with fragrance oils and/or essential oils from Perfumer's Apprentice? How did they hold up in CP?

I think most of their FO ingredients are made for blending for perfumes and colognes. I would go with a company that has the products already made into a blend.

I've written to them asking about their fragrance oils and aroma chemicals because I'm really interested in crafting my own scents, and the response was that they are SAFE but didn't comment on longevity and such. I'm personally going to try their aroma chemicals in Melt and Pour first. But I'm a bit away from doing that. I'm not comfortable with scent blending enough yet to use aroma chemicals.

I’ve written to them as well and received a similar response - theoretically their premium fragrances are compatible in soapmaking.
They’re an hour-ish away from me and I’m thinking of stopping by and taking a class. I’m hesitant because of the cost and lack of information/reviews on their success in soapmaking though. I guess I can just make a super small batch of soap, add some FO and see what happens. Worst case scenario is I have my own custom perfume, increased FO knowledge, and maybe some unusable soap.
Let me know how it your melt and pour soap turns out.
I would only use their fragrance materials if you were already well versed in perfume making...the aroma chemicals are very potent and most have to be diluted to even use in perfume making. I think you definitely should take a course on scent blending before dropping some serious change on these ingredients.
