"Perfect Brownie Pan"

Has anyone seen this?? I just saw it on TV and thought how awesome and easy for soap! I know a lot of you make basically the same thing, but I'm, well let's be honest, Lazy! My only concern is that it's nonstick. Is that ok? Take a look at it and tell me what you think. If the non-stick is ok I think it would be awesome!

I would worry about a reaction between the lye and the coating . There are molds out there similar to that .

but they are WAY more expensive. Has anyone ever used a non-stick pan and had a problem??
