Percentage advise needed

I've read everything I could find about SLSA.
I get any where from 3 to 25%.
I want to make bubbling bath salts.
Hope someone can help me.

My understanding is that max use rate is 21%

I've been using it in my bubbling bath bombs at 10% and so far I've heard no reports of irritation. However, the bubbles dissipate fairly quickly so I think I may do a combo of SLSa and SCI (10% total of the two) and see how that works.
