Peanut butter in soap?

So I have some peanut butter FO, but it isn't very strong. I don't think the scent will come through if used alone in a batch, and my idea of mixing some with chocolate, grape or banana FO it will just render it null and void :thumbdown: Could I possibly use peanut butter or peanut powder to help bump up the smell in the finished product? Any ideas or suggestions welcome please, thanks!

I have a Reese bar I did with no FO and you can still smell the PB a little bit at 5 weeks. Will smell more I'm guessing once used.

Can you? Yes, I'm guessing you can. As with most foods, I'm not sure the scent will hold, but shoot, it may be worth a shot.

Well I googled it and turns out u can make PB soap! I think I will try to make 3 small batches, one PB& J, one peanut butter cup, and one banana peanut butter. And now I am hungry lol.

Given how many people have peanut allergies these days, I'd be very cautious about using peanut products in soap.

what Judy said is exactly what I thought when I read the post.. that is to scary for me..
