Gordon Food Service (GFS) has a "all purpose shortening" with the ingredient palm oil and nothing else listed.
Anyone have any experience with this product?
They also have for special order a palm oil RBD.
 
I don't.
Their website is more of a promotional tool than informational.
Lots of pretty pics and recipes.
 
Took a chance and bought it.
It's white, odorless and tasteless. Should do the trick.
 
I haven't used that brand, but Spectrum also makes a vegetable shortening that only listed Palm Oil as an ingredient. I used it for my first batches and it worked fine.
