other companies logo's

ok. i have a friend who wants to stamp his companies name-logo on my soap and give to his customers. what would the bussiness/legal end of this look-like- anyone?

do i need to make a special recipe just for his company or use one of my existing soaps as is?

Sounds like private label to me. I can sell you my lotions w/o a label, you can apply your lotion labels & no one needs to ever know. EX) Bath & Body Works does not make their stuff, if you read the label it says made for Bath & Body Works. There are no real rules about this. It is just a business deal between you & him.
