One of my soaping shelves couldn't take it anymore and decided to keel over on me.. literally. So I got another Trofast from Ikea (which we also use for shoes and art organizing it the bigger bins) and decided to organize the colors, glitters, natural colors, salts, etc. I have to say the Trofast works rather well! I'm pretty stoked.

The clays and molds are pretty chaotic but seriously.. how well can you organize floppy silicone? They make me a bit nuts... kinda like my fragrance supply!!! :wtf: I still have way too much, I need help to stop buying and def. need to off load about 100 scents. haha! The essential oils are under lock and key and hubs is gone so all of those aren't pictured. :)
And the oils.. well that's WAY to much of a mess still to show.
Anyone else want to show their soap organizing? I need a push to still get mine better somehow!

Yes.. I like the shelves a lot.. but they aren't good for fragrances! Learned that after a 16oz bottle tipped between the grates and domino d into two others. My storage still smells of it I think. lol

Wow! You have so much equipment & supplies! And I wish I had just half that storage room! I keep my ingredients in 2 totes under the kitchen table, my equipment in 2 others, and my molds stacked on top of them. My cat, Winston, has declared the under-the-table area his citadel. The totes make great walls.

I am so jealous of your setup!!

Nope think I won't show mine! I have two storage rooms under my house, love having a house on stilts, full of packaging, a large cabinet in my extra room and a 4 shelf rack full. Another large 4 shelf downstairs for drying soap which is not enough room so soap is also in produce crates and a free standing, large, cabinet on the service porch filled. My hubby threatens me constantly. He tells me every room has soap. oops forgot the room next to the stair case that used to be my computer room. To much stuff. I keep promising to get more organized, but where to put it all. Beside getting organized means no making soap. Moving a shop to ones house is tough

Haha! I hear you a little. My business (more than soaps)takes up 2 garage spots, an office and loft. The loft is full of curing soap. Not nearly as much as you but hubs also gives me eye rolls a lot. Lucky it smells
Good when we walk by on the way to our rooms and he likes that. Teehee!

At Last! Somebody with more bottles than me! This make me feel better.

holy crapola that's a LOT of supplies!!! looks so organized though!!!

AHA! I see another competition. Show us your supplies, work area, anything soapy. Sure we all dream of the perfect workshop but most don't have them yet. So, let's see what yours looks like most of the time. No straightening up before pictures! :D
I don't even have one to show right now since our kitchen is stripped being remodelled and that has come to a screeching halt with snow and ice up north delaying shipments. Everything is stacked in the previous hand model in training's bedroom and the garage. What a mess. :problem:

I'm midway doing the same thing, my DH finally reluctantly handed over half his junk room, aka spare bedroom. He even installed shelving over the three bakers racks for stuff I don't use too often. Nope, not going to share pics, midway thru means still a big mess. I've found that all the silicone molds can be stuffed vertically in tubs, that really helps with space and floppiness.

Way to go! I too am green with envy over your supplies :)

It's always a work in progress but even before I had to get the new shelf for colors it was pretty organized with my OCD.
The wire rack always stays that way and same with fragrances that all have name written on top and stay alphabetical for the top ones I use most. There are too many not to stay that way. Lol
This is my work space.. But it's always clean if I'm not working on something and looks like this.
I just woke and snapped this shot. Yeah.. More brown bottles. Don't judge, I have a problem. Lol

Wow jenneelk, your house must smell like herbal pharmacy.
Are all those brown bottle fragrance and essential oils?
I wish i can have my house to smell like a herbal pharmacy.

Show us your organized chaos, lol We wana see....

I took over our spare bedroom (husband has the closet and a dresser in there). I have 4 6 ft shelving unites and also have stuff all over the floor and stacked in any space I can find in my dining room etc....it's total chaos. I keep saying I'm going to get organized but it doesn't last long. I have so many FO's I'll probably never use some of the. I certainly need a better system.

i want a spare bedroom to take over too, i desperately needed one! sadly, there is only 1 bedroom in this tiny pavilion (and it already has 2 curing racks at the moment). to be fair, this house wasn't built with soap in mind, so now i must pay the price, that is to have a house with soap (and soap related materials) scattered all over the house.

Hubby saw the pics and said 'Not until we have a bigger place!' LOL But then later in the day he came up with the idea of getting a baker's rack for the dining area for dishes so that I could have another kitchen cupboard... :)
