Hello all! Could anyone recommend any good websites that specialize in selling certified organic ingredients for lip balm, body butters, scrubs, etc?

A lot of suppliers offer organics but not necessarily exclusively - they would indicate which product is organic. You can always use their search engines typing 'organic' to see what everyone has.
You'll want to make sure there's some kind of certificate to support the claim too.
