I'm brand new here...well, new account, anyway. I've been lurking for a long time. I started out making melt and pour soap, got completely addicted to that, and then moved on to CP soap. Even more addicted now. HAHAHA
So far, I've done three small batches of CP soap. This is the first one I've taken pictures of, so I thought I'd share it.
With all the gloomy weather and sickness here in Ohio, I really wanted to make a soap that reminds me of sunshine. I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's scented/colored with orange essential oil (10 fold) and has dried calendula petals mixed throughout it. It smells and looks happy to me.
FYI, it is more orange in real life than it shows in the pics thanks to the cool winter natural light.
