I used the soap in the shower. It performed very, very well! And the smell is fantastic. If I didn't know there was something wrong with this soap, I would never guess. With such a high superfat, maybe it won't last as long as a regular bar? I'd be tempted to call this one of my favorite bars.

Could you be bothered to redo the purity test with your “good” (fresh & new & shiny) NaOH?

A final purity value somewhere between 78% and 100%. If it's closer to 78%, this might point to some systematic error in your measurements, and might explain why your tempted-to-be-called-favourite bar is not 22% worse than a regular bar, but much less so.
