Would you explain this?

Quite some sellers don't bother to state how much water is bound within the crystals. Customers would have to make guesses from how it looks, the nutritional label, or worse. This ebay seller, though, does pass on this information. I like this. Doesn't hurt those who don't care, but helps control fanatics like us soapmakers.
