Hello All!
I'm excited to be here with so many like minded individuals! My name is Sarah, I'm from Rock Island, IL. I'm a 44yr old single mom of one 10yr old son.
I have an interesting back story. I was a practicing cosmetologist for 12yrs and working in fine jewelry, before I went back to college. I graduated from Saint Ambrose with a degree in Pre- Med Biology and Chemistry, psychology minor. Since then, I've worked in laboratory medicine, and worked my up to corporate team Laboratory IT management. Yes, Jack of Many Trades.
However, my creative side was not being utilized, and I've wanted to open my own business since the dawn of time. I had some opportunities arise, and I hopped on them to open MoonChild Minerals, LLC in 2020. Yes, it was my Covid therapy.
Other than gems, crystals, jewelry, and other metaphysical items, I began making candles. Then I branched out to soaps. Now I have begun Butters, lotions, and scrubs. I'm always looking for new and better ideas, especially in business growth, and better products.
