No-Stir Palm Oil Question

Can no-stir palm oil be substituted for regular palm oil? Do they have the same saponification value?

Not trying to hijack this thread but I ordered 2lbs of No Stir Palm from WSP and it came in 2 separate 1lb bottles with a super small opening. I am just a hobbyist so ordering a huge amount is not feasible for me. My issue is why wouldn't they put this in a tub with a wide mouth opening so it can be scooped. The bottle they put this in defeats the whole purpose of using no stir!!

It's easy to melt in a hot water bath.
