Newbie wanting to learn

Hi, I'm Rose, and I'm here in South Ms. where it's a little chilly at the moment.

I've never made soap. But have got all my items to try and make some. Am soooo excited! I have been reading for 2-3 weeks now everything I can get my hands on about the subject. A couple weeks back I actually made my own washing powders which was really fun. And am loving the stuff! Next time I make it though I am going to make liquid instead of the powders so my soap wont float on top of the water in the washing machine. lol
I have some books on making soap at the library on hold and am going to check those out as well.
I can't wait to learn from you all.
