Do you have a resolution for your business for the new year?

I am going to try harder to thank each customer for their online orders. I like it when I get a little note when I order letting me know they got the order, appreciate the order & an estimated time for shipping. I would like to extend this courtesy to my customers.

Same to all of the above........I am such a FO HO honestly I am trying to wean myself down to three supppliers in the USA as I pay a horrendous amount in postage........But have I been successful NOT LOL. I keep telling myself just one or two samples in my order but do I stick with it!!!!!

I am a full blown mica junkie. My resolution is to stop giving TKB all of my extra cash. I may make it for a few months at least

oh geez...I'm with Carebear. Impulsive is my middle name.

I actually need to buy more FO's. I don't branch out much from what I use and love. I have been on an EO kick lately.
