Not sure if I put this in the right place, but it is related to deals and discounts from BB.
If you order from BB, you know their rewards program has been being updated. I emailed them to see where I could find the date that my tier status ends, since the layout of their pages has changed. It used to be that once you earned a tier in their program, you had that status for the next 12 months. Well, now they told me that you have it until the end of that calendar year. You have to spend $1000 to earn their top tier, so if you finally get to that near the end of the year, you have a super short time to reap the benefits of it.
BB said this to me “due to confusion over how the rewards and tiers un on different timeframes we've opted to go for an 'everything expires at the end of the year' approach instead.”
I’m being one of those customers and questioning it again with some more detailed and clarifying points, and will update here as I learn more. Anyone else have any thoughts, knowledge, or experience with this?
