New Packaging

I think this will be my packaging from now on. I don't know if you can see it, but there are holes punched around the perimeter of the bag to allow a bit of air to vent the soap.

They look very time-consuming and they sort of are, but I am not selling except to friends and family. For now this works.

It looks very lovely. I like the cutouts. I still do cigar-band with no plastic, as my customers prefer less throw-away, but I like to do something more sophisticated when I give soap as gifts. I don't mind the extra time it takes, as it's a fun, reminiscent-time occupation, like wrapping Christmas presents is for me.
