Hi!

I'm Cortney currently living in Southern California. I'm a photographer but my business is on hold while we transition from military to civilian life. I decided to find another hobby( to add to my growing list

) and I found soap making. I LOVE the handmade soaps from specialty shops and I love anything natural and organic. I think this will be a good fit for me! I am having problems finding supplies locally though, one hardware store didn't know what lye was.

Can't wait to get started!

someone needs to warn you that once you begin soaping, it becomes highly addictive! better clean out a closet or better yet empty a room, because you'll need it as time goes by!
