Just upset that I wasted 46gm of lye today. I was excited in doing my milk soap n I miss my lye measurement. Now I have a lye heavy batch of soap.

Although for testing, I only use 175gm of oil. BUT, I am feeling heartache for my lye as it is hard to get lye here. :-(
 
I agree with Cara Cara. If it were me I'd rebatch it with some additional oil. It might not be so pretty when you finish but could still be a really good soap.
 
If it's any consolation I did a biggy the other week. I added an entire extra pound of water into my batch because I was completely distracted when I was measuring! Duhhhh!
