I just jumped right in with my sob story! Sorry...
My name is actually Melanie, or so they say, since everyone calls me Mel. My Grandpa, whom I adored, called me Melrose.
Right this minute, I am freezing, because I live in Utah. Very uncool to admit living in Utah right now, but oh well, I love it. There is a 12,000 ft. mountain outside my door all covered in glittering snow (it blinded me on my way to get lye). That is why I stay...well, that, and my husband got his dream job here.
I have 2 great kids, Monty & Anna. I must say outloud, and often, I am not old enough to have a teenager. That makes my son angry (he's 14), but delights my daughter (she's 9).
You've all been a fabulous help to me so far, and I really want to get to know some people...I'm a complete loser and have no friends.
