Yup! The feezer trick worked. Thanks ladies!
I forgot I had put the soap in the freezer so it was in there for over 24 hours. I took it out, wandered off and then remembered it almost an hour later. (Gack! My memory is getting really bad.) I picked it up, gave the tray a slight twist and the soap popped right out. It popped out so fast that it startled me. As to how the soap looks...well, it's football shaped is about all I can say about it. But since I now know that this will work, I'm going to try some of the other jello molds. Maybe I'll get one that's picture worthy.
It will be interesting to try this soap after I get through the swap soaps. I checked when I had made this batch and it was over 5 months ago. It still smells great which surprised me because I thought the scent would have faded since it was sweet orange/ginger. I'm going to cut it in half and save half to see how it is in a few more months.
