Need help to ice cupcakes

Hi my name is lousie and I live in Leeds UK. I have been making soap cupcakes but I am wanting to pipe melt and pour soap but after I have whicked it my soap sets before I have chance to pipe it, Can anyone help me with what I need to add to the ingrediants to give me more time xx

What we've used here is foaming bath butter: you whip it up and it doubles in size. You can then sprinkle green tea botanical extract for a caramel look, or jojoba beads for colorful sprinkles!
