I have some relatives who have expressed interest in buying my soap, which is very awesome, but need some advice on how to mail it. It seems most people will want to get a few separate scents, so how do I go about boxing them in a way that causes minimal scent-mingling? The relatives that are interested only live about an hour and a half away, so shipping would only take a few days at most. Also, what should I use to keep things from jumbling around too much?

I guess it really depends. I have one aunt who just ordered six four ounce bars of soap. My prices are meant to encourage people to buy more than one bar.

I mail soap in flat rate postal boxes (free!). I know shipping for a small one is $5.20 regardless of the weight, the med box is a little over ten dollars. I use anything from bubble wrap to crinkled up freezer paper to pack the box (great use for those little odd shaped pieces left over from lining molds).
