So, I feel like experimenting over the holidays.

I want to make some soaps, that have scents...without using FO/EOs...but have SOME scent other than the oil soap scent.

What can I do?

I can make some oatmeal/GM/honey....maybe beer (dont know if that scents at all but sounds interesting)...anything else?

Something that would smell good but be all natural and not an EO/FO?

:) Help me think!

I've not found infusing oils with herbs got me anywhere. Tho some spices seem to come through, I think.

I'm with care bear. Even many essential oils don't stick around... and they're super-dooper concentrated. I don't think you'll have much luck with non-concentrated scents. I'd love to hear if you have success though, it would certainly make my processing easier.

Honey seems to give a lightly sweet scent..I have used it with milk and oatmeal, and also just by it's self in a batch with no other scent or anything.
Hope that helps! :D
