I finally made an ocean themed soap I like. I used kelp powder in the bottom portion. It's scented with Driftwood & Sea Salt from RE.

Thanks guys!! I was quite pleased with this one. I have finally settled on a recipe that gives me a very white bar without TD. It wasn't a goal of mine at all but I think it helps with the colors.
