WOW !!! sharpe and clean, conducive to the excellent formulation of a product that people will fall in love with.
quite a few businesses that we have grown to love started smaller than this but not lacking in dedication and vision ...... i commend you , for if you did this with the little that you have then i could only imagine what you can do with a little more resources . continued success

awwww, I started to tear up just now reading your post, thank you, that made my day and drives me forward with even more ambition!!!:-D

I totally missed the first time I reads this that your space is 420 sq ft. Do I assume correctly your soap station is in your apartment? On the other side of the curtain must be your kitchenette and bathroom and a place to sleep. Double commend you for making creative use of space!

Its more like a cottage or mother n law type of place. I rent it from my dad on the land that i grew up on. It has a wonderful mountain view and a huge yard where i can have my garden and chickens too! On the other side of the curtain is my back patio actually. The bathroom is to the right of the picture. Back up and you are in the kitchen and the living/sunroom is on the left. Back up all the way and you end up in the only bedroom. If it werent for the big yard theres no way I would stay sane here. Im just glad my boyfriend doesnt mind me taking over half the house with soap stuff! Hey, if there's room for his guitar amp and all his band equipment, then he cant complain!! lol

Thanks for sharing! I'm very impressed with how well organized your soaping station is and I feel embarrassed by my kvetching of how I need to have more space. It's funny that you said how you liked to decorate. Because while I was looking at your pictures, I was admiring your curtains and thinking how much I liked the look.

I've now been relegated to the cupboard under the stairs (like Harry Potter).

While you're under the stairs, remind yourself that you're making magical soap. It might help you to feel better.

given what i have seen i will say that you stand head and shoulder with quite a few of the big soap sellers . if i had seen your work station somewhere else and base on just the cleanliness and organization of product, tools, and supplies i would surely want to try your product , no questions asked ! i hope to reach to that level as i progress more and more into soap making.

Cudos to you !

Your station is total AWESOME. Makes me feel blah because I have so much more space but am not organized at all. I have my molds in the utility closet, my spoon on top of my snake cage in the living room and everything else in my kitchen somewhere. My drying rack is in my master bedroom closet.LOL Yep not organized at all.

LOL, thanks! At least you are making soap though! I used to have a ball python! All my soap supplies were once out in the garage and it was the only place I could make soap. Im glad those cold, boring days are over. Its so nice to soap in the comfort of my home and next to my other half!
