Hello Soap Makers!!

My name is Kristen. I am a WAHM. I am a makeup artist part time and a mommy and wife full time.

I have had this interest (CP) for about 2+ years now! I have had all of my supplies, but have been afraid of the LYE mixing. I know, I know... I'm a chicken LOL. Tonight will be the first night I actually try this and am super nervous. I have a recipe and all ingredients. My husband and I will be making Laundry Bar Soap. Wish us luck!! hehe

Also, quick question. A lot of people suggest running all recipes thru the SoapCalc.org calculator. How in the WORLD do I use this thing?! I feel like I have to be a science major to enter all of these values! If anyone has a link to an online tutorial that would be AMAZING! TIA!!
