I don't know how I missed these- (BEAUTIFUL) and putting your soap in a styro container is a good idea, dummy me hadn't thought of that.

Thanks Relle9. I was using the shoe box and blankets to insulate and I find it troublesome to manouvre around the blankets when I wanna peek. I remembered seeing people using cooler boxes and then I thought of my styro. When I read someone in the forum also using the styro box, I decide to try it. So far so good. I think I got a partial gel mostly because my wooden mold is too small and the thickness of the wood is quiet thin. This particular batch I soaped at 39C. But leaving out for 5 mins, I don't know if it contributes to the outer edge not able to gel. Also I did not warm my mold. Don't wanna fuss with the oven.

What oils did you use to get it so white ? I put in td and white clay and still get a creamy colour, think I'm using to many oils. Don't get me wrong I love the cream colour but would like to make white.

Relle.

It's not really pure white. Yeah more like cream. The beads I would say is pure white. I use CO, Castor, Palm and Olive Pomace (Basso Brand).

Thank you, thats what I use and about 100grams of canola in it as well.

Relle.
