Hello everyone!

I have spent a little bit of time this week making more soap (how original  ) and wanted to share them with you.

Lime in de Coconut batch #2 (this one will be for sale):-

Citrus Spice Shampoo Bar (for my teen daughter) which has lots of yummy stuff in it - maybe too much....? I used 7 oils and 11 additives

Chocolate Silk Soap - oh wow!!! This one smells so divine, with cocoa butter, cocoa powder, buttermilk powder and honey added along with 'Chocolate Delight' FO......yummy!

Thanks for looking!

Tanya :)

Tanya they look so great!!
I am inspired by your chocolate bars, I have that fragrance. Haven't had much time for soaping this week, I was a bit worried about the heat!

Lol.......don't blame you Chrissy! When I was making the choc soap yesterday, I used my ceiling fan on flat out over my bench and cooled the oils & lye mix in cool water baths to 38 degrees before I mixed them up. If you like I will send the recipe to you. I haven't actually used this one yet, (it's still only 24 hours old) but it is tweaked from a recipe I already love.

Those all look delicious. I mean, they look totally edible. Yummeh. Can I find any other words? Yes: scrumptious.

They are gorgeous. Aside from wanting to eat them, I want to SMELL them. Mmmm.

Topcat, beautiful looking soaps, all very smooth looking.
Good luck labelling the spice one! That's gonna be one big sticker

Hi Tanya!
Yes please to the recipe for the chocolate soap!! That would be such a hit in this house!
Also, I would like a basic idea of what you used in your shampoo bars, did you use meadowfoam oil?
I am itching at the fingers to do some soaping, I got some great bargains on ebay, some new pots and moulds and stuff....just this heat is putting me off!
And your bevelled edges are super professional!
Your soaps are looking so great, you must be so proud!

Thank you Mary, Corrie & Linda! Your praise means so much to me. Mary is my very best sounding-board, Corrie has a wonderful website and gorgeous soaps that I love to look at and linger over, and Linda has pointed me in directions I didn't even know were there....you are all great and exactly what this wonderful forum is all about....supportive, full of excellent advice and a terrific cheer squad!!!

Tanya :)
