Definitely gorgeous swirls ORB! Give the bars time to cure and they may grow on you

I do an eo blend that you may like to try with your lavender fo....3 parts may chang (litsea) to one part lavender. Everyone loves it, and I do mean everyone, and the lavender is the base/grounding note, so not crucial that it is high quality eo....the fo may work well?

Tanya :)

Thanks Tanya. I'll give that one a try!!

No way is that 1/2 way decent woman! It's really beautiful. :)

I use lavandin eo.I love it & it's 1/3 price of french finest! 3 lavandin/1 rosemary smells more lav than lav! In general, have to say I don't find eo's more expensive than fo's.Most of the ones I use are around $10-20AU/100ml.Any higher priced ones are generally stronger eo's that you need less of. FO's on av. are at least $10/50ml. I use .5-.7oz ppo. bit more with citrus.
I know some scents you just can't get in an eo,or the cost is prohibitive, that's where fo's are great. But I wouldn't buy an fo as a sub for eo at similar cost.

Good sound advice, gekko. And I think I'll take it.

That looks like good soap!

I'm packing my bags to go to Swirling School.
Wanna go too?
Where is it?

Looks awesome, love it! lavender eo isnt too spendy. show us when cut, i think its beautiful.

ORB, love the soaps, very nice swirl!

TD stands for titanium dioxide, it's added to soaps to make it whiter and brighter colours stand out more.

That "curdled" look is from the TD. It does that sometimes.
