My first black colored soap

I've been wanting to make a black soap simply because I usually use light colors. This is black cherry scented. I'm not sure what the swirling grooves in the black soap near the top of the bar are. The flash of my camera is highlighting them. Hopefully they'll fade as it cures. I used a pink and a darker red for the swirls in a ITP swirl but the darker color seems to have gotten lost. I used that same color for the mica drizzle on the top. Although it's not what I envisioned, I like it. I was afraid that I'd used too much activated charcoal but I just tested a sample piece and my suds are white! [emoji1] I'm very pleased.View attachment 33167
