They look great! Have you used either yet and are you satisfied with how they work?

Thanks! they are only 4 days old so are curing right now, I did do a lather/bubble test on them and I was VERY pleased. The calendula one had big fluffy bubbles and the cocoa butter had a real creamy lotion like lather. I'm looking forward to using them!:p

Very nice! The more I see calendula, the more I want to try it.

Thank you....I love calendula, especially love how it keeps the lovely yellow colour. I used Rice Bran oil which I had infused with calendula petals for 6 weeks weeks prior.:-D

I love them both! I might have to try the calendula in a batch. It looks very pretty! I love patchouli! I love orange and patchouli combined too. Did that on my carrot soap recently - that would smell lovely in another batch of the calendula soap, I think! :)

I'm going the same route, make a bunch of soap, try a bunch of stuff, test it on family-friends-coworkers, when it's consistently good, and I'm happy with it, then I'll probably sell some. Think I'll have my hands full with friends and family though... they're already putting in requests

You'll probably find the same thing with your friends and family! Who wouldn't want more of those gorgeous soaps?!

Hey, thank you so much for your lovely comments! I will have to try patchouli and orange as it sounds yummy!

I am interested in trying a carrot soap too...would you mind sharing how you incorporate the carrot puree into the recipe? not sure if it gets mixed in with the lye or added at trace! :)

Nice job! I love the calendula one . It reminds me of a slice of coconut cake my grandmother use to make from scratch .
