My "Duh" moment for the week

Was mixing up some bath bombs and just got in a new bag of citric acid, so I decided to "de-clump" the bag before I got started. So I got out my big bowl and started de-clumping. After that, I went and mixed my dry ingredients then went to mix my wet. Grabbed my dry bowl and wet bowl and proceeded to mix and mix and mix. The stuff just wasn't grabbing and I couldn't figure out why. I turn around and notice that my "dry mix" was still on the counter and I was trying to mix my wet with about 4 pounds of citric acid.

awwww I have had moments like that.... we all have them but it doesn't make you feel any better

Honestly I think I was more upset about losing the fragrance oil and shea butter for that batch! Citric acid is relatively inexpensive but I die a little inside each time I waste any shea butter
