The first one is done with charcoal and French Green Clay. It's scented with Ginger and Patchouli. I'm a little worried about this one because it was a little wet at the bottom and I got a zap (which I never ever do). It popped right out of the mold though, nice and hard.

The second one is scented with Sun Dried Linen and has Calendula petals in and on it. Also a nice hard bar!

Great looking soaps! Love the colors of the charcoal/clay one. I've found that if you turn the calendula soap on it's side when you go to cut it you get less drag-thru of the petals. :)

Ugh! I wish I would have thought of that :( Although the texture of the drag sort of adds to the homespun charm of calendula soap, it ruined the fact that it was one of the nicest, squarest, and hardest soaps I've gotten yet. It was so "clean" when I popped it out of the mold and then when I went to take tham out of the cutting mold, the petals were pressed all over them!

Very nice looking soaps! I am trying to imagine ginger and patchouli together......hmmmmmmm

They smell really good together but it's much fainter than my other soaps. Im scrounging because Im almost out of FO's but can't stop because of that, lol! I didn't have as much as I would have liked...

They are both beautiful! I love the green and black, and I wish I could smell it :) Patchouli and Ginger sounds like a really interesting mix... I like patch and I love ginger, does the patch overwhelm the ginger or can you still smell the ginger over it?

Beautiful soaps! Your colors are so rich. I love the Ginger/Pachouli scent combo.. You've inspired me to play with those two together. Thank you for the share. Cheers~

I can smell both, Badger, but they are faint...Im afraid Im going to lose it :( It's alot less fo than I usually use.
