Wow! Stunning work there. I use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mica per pound of oil.
How did you position the popsicle stick?Thank you. I don’t find the hanger tool enough to get the swirl I want so I tried something new, made one pass with the hanger tool and followed with a popsicle stick swirl pass. Definite swirl improvement!
Started at the end of my loaf mold and did larger swirls, 1 pass I did a video that isn’t showing on my end. I’ll post it differently if it doesn’t showHow did you position the popsicle stick?
Thank you MrsZ! I’m going to try to get the red a little truer. That magenta is mighty strong!Your swirls and colors are so beautiful!
Same hereWow! Stunning work there. I use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mica per pound of oil.
Thank you. I tried red again with a kaleidoscope soap, not ready to unmold yet. Hoping for a darker red.Your swirls and colors are so beautiful!
Can't wait to see it!Thank you. I tried red again with a kaleidoscope soap, not ready to unmold yet. Hoping for a darker red.
Me neither!!Can't wait to see it!
I’m using the three primary colors (magenta, cyan, yellow) to mix for red. It is magenta and yellow that make red. I want to avoid buying lots of different pre made colors of micas. I think this will be a more economical choice for me (cause I could get crazy with shopping).I also use about 1 teaspoon ppo, but some of the red Mica call for at least 2 teaspoons ppo to get a darker red instead of pink.
Can't wait to see your red!
Where did you find the pure colors to mix?I’m using the three primary colors (magenta, cyan, yellow) to mix for red. It is magenta and yellow that make red.
