The recipe I use is very slow trace. I don't have a thermometer but I can say oils were about room temps and lye was very warm to the touch on the side of the plastic pitcher. I didn't notice any acceleration, I used the stick blender to try to thicken up the bottom base color as I thought it was too thin even after adding the FO. I left the drop swirl colors pretty thin and they stayed thin for the pour even with TD white one.
I do think the rosemary helps the FO a lot. I used the mad about mint back in December (one of the first FO I bought) and I don't know if it was my nose or what but when I smelled the bars over a month ago I swore I smelled pickles. Couple weeks later it was mint again. Right now in these new bars I am not smelling much rosemary, maybe it will pop more later, I did smell it last night after it was in the batter.
I also used a btit of the mint in a soap I mixed with frangpani jasmine (NS ). I think it does have a slight mint under the jasmine and I like it. I'm not great on knowing what sticks or not and exactly how much to use so IDK if I should be using 6% instead 5% ppo.
