I have4 a friend with goat's, but I am guessing with his household that he uses most if not all of it, or sells the leftovers. I might ask him about it after I get things going well with regular soaps.

I also have a friend with goats, none of them dairy goats....yet. He's in SC, and said that it would be a pain to freeze and ship it to me in NY. I am just gonna have to keep on making the suggestion. LOL wear him down. *evil grin*

Yeah, I can see his point there, shipping from SC would be a bit of a pain. The friend I have is a homesteader about half an hour away from me. So, I could go pick it up if they had any to spare. There are likely places closer to you to get some, and it may be cheaper to buy local then to pay for shipping from SC.

I so dislike this statement from the article:
"What’s more, the dairy industry claims that adding stealth chemical sweeteners to its products—including whipping cream, eggnog, sweetened condensed milk, low-fat or non-fat yogurt, sour cream and half-and-half—would “promote healthy eating” and make dairy foods more enticing to kids!"

That's so disturbing. I thought our country was pushing the sugar-laden drinks out of the hands of kids to help with childhood obesity?
That is not the way to make dairy foods more enticing to kids. Getting the parents to eat healthier dairy foods and refusing to regularly buy the sugary foods would be a lot more successful.

 I'm suppressing the urge to go on a crazy rant. But I will say I agree 100%
