milk fat as soap ingredient

im trying differnt things for my soap and i wanted to try
1 Olive Oil 15%
2 Milk Fat, any bovine 30%
3 Ghee, any bovine 35%
4 Palm Kernel Oil/Flakes 15%
5 Castor Oil 5 0.313 5%

it is supose to make a bar with
Hardness 49
Cleansing 19
Conditioning 34
Bubbly 23
Creamy 34

i was wondering a few things
1. does this look like an ok soap
2. how do you work with milk in that high of an amount
3. where the heck do you buy milk fat. just use whole milk?

isn't milk fat cream as in heavy whipping cream?
