Oh my stars! I saw this lady on you tube make a melt & pour soap over ice. It was so awesome to watch. I usually make CP soap and only use M&P for embeds. However, her technique made my brain go down a few rabbit holes. Has anyone here tried this unusual technique?

@Firefly24, I just found a video of Ms. Terry making M&P over ice. I didn't really think it would look that great, and thought you'd just end up with a soggy mess. But, actually, once she'd filled in the holes with clear M&P, it was pretty cool. I might actually try it and see if I can get a successful handle on that technique. Then if I get together with anyone to do M&P, I might suggest we can try this. Thanks for sharing! If you end up trying it, post a photo!!
Or if there a dangers and pitfalls, let us know!!!

Ok, I will post when I try it. You post too if you try it.

@Firefly24, was it Ms. Terry's video that you watched or was it someone else's? I would like to try this technique because the result was pretty cool. But, I'd like to watch more than one video. So, if you know of other videos, me know.

Also, we should probably continue this discussion on the Melt & Pour forum. Actually, maybe someone on the M&P forum has some experience with this. I probably won't try this right away because any soaping time this month will be dedicated first to try to get an entry done for the March challenge.

I do look forward to trying this, thanks for posting!
