I loved Meatloaf in his 'bat out of hell' days. What happened today?

PS ... my grandfinal is tomorrow ... Warriors vs Manly and then the more important game ... the All Blacks playing in the rugby world cup. The rugby world cup final isn't until later this month!

I love Meatloaf too. There must be somewhere out there that has the recording of the day. Once you hear, you'll understand. They are talking about it on 3aw at the moment. Now, they are saying that he wasn't well.
He had some sort of gum in his mouth which I thought was odd. His side kicks were great though. :wink:

I saw something on the news about it and noticed yellow gum inside his mouth when singing. Maybe he's past it - singing that is.

I liked Meatloaf too "back in the day" but did you see him on Celebrity Apprentice? He's a bit of a nut....with some anger management issues. Or maybe he has some substance abuse issues.
