I weighted a regular laundry soap that was 100 grams but more than twice bigger than the soap I make (my soap is not for laundry but anyways). I would like to give my soap extra volume to make it appealing to buyers. Any idea?!?

Extra volume as in - fluff it up ?

You can do that with whipped soap.

Put it in the blender. It will whip many many microfine bubbles into the batter. This can give it extra volume. It will also make the soap float!

The blender will also make your soap batter instant trace.

Air bubbles are all I can think of as filler.

To my knowledge, the blender doesn't whip. It's the mixer that does that, or some food processor with mixing/whipping accessory.

Also, putting raw soap in the blender may have safety risks.

Yes, there are precautions to take when using the conventional blender. There are lots of videos and tutorials out there. The general consensus is, that once you use the container for raw soap it shouldn't be used for anything else. I have a model that came with 3 different plastic pitchers and detachable stainless blades so I was able to reserve one pither and blade for soapmaking and still use the blender itself for food stuffs.
