Yeah, my hubby's box was full of very damp salt, but since I was using volume, not weight for the initial mixture, it was not a concern to me. *Runs to check soap.* Soap seems OK this morning, a little sweaty, but nothing unusual for anything with salt in it for me.

Yeah it seems to be. I just checked it again and its much softer then I though, I poked at one bar and its still extremely zappy. I've popped it in the oven, see if maybe I can force gel.
