oldragbagger...I love your new avatar. You're not an old bag like your name sounds...LOL! (Ok...don't shoot me....I saw your post explaining that a rag bagger is a sailor....but OLD? Puhleeze!)

You're very pretty!

But that's all the compliments you get right now....because I'm mad at you for cutting off those beautiful swirls. You meanie!

zeo

Trust me, I'm old. (My daughter is turning 38 next week, that will put a few grey hairs on you!!) But thank you for the nice compliment!!!

Sorry about the swirls. I probably should have left them. I love this soap though. It turned out nice, swirls notwithstanding.

38?? So that makes you about 20 years older?! I would never had thought that by your appearance :p

Keep them as they are!! Pretty tops! :)

"flatter than a flitter" cracked me up! And I don't even know what a flitter is!

Jude

Me either , but it's funny . I am still giggling every time I think about it .

I vote for keeping them they way they are , they are beautiful . I am loving that color , now if only I could smell them , that scent sounds divine.

I can't resist washing my hands with it 2 or 3 times a day, just to smell it on my hands. (And it doesn't hurt that this particular batch is one of the creamiest and nicest I've ever made, even at this stage.)

I wish they would invent a computer with a 'smelly vision' screen

That would be awesome, the smelly screen, and probably isn't too far off in the future.

do you like the smell of that fo? its on my next list.
I do, I love it.
It reversed the trace on my batch and it took me a long time to get it to trace again. I had sworn it off, but decided that I love the scent so much that it's worth the trouble, so I will buy it again.

I can see why you would be disappointed with the swirl, but it really was pretty. However, I have tried chop stick swirls and won't do it ever again. I had the same thing happen on more than one occasion. I inserted it down to the bottom and I think what happens is the soap sticks to the chop stick instead of going down in the batter. How about plastic chop sticks? Hmmm.
