Mall Retail Location - Updatge

HI everyone - been awhile! For those of you that have followed my thread on the Retail Location in the Mall - I wanted to let you know that I have decided not to proceed. I don't want that kind of overhead, commitment, o rbeing tied down the way a reatil location would tie me down.

So it took a lot of soul searching and sleepless nights but it feels good to have that decision made!!!

I am happy for you that you made your decision . I can't imagine how stressful it was . You can do that another time if you so chose .. You do fantastic without it anyway . I don't think I could do a store thing everyday , either . I likes my freedom to much .

Lindy: The best decision is the decision you make. You'll always have the opportunity to lease commercial space, so I hope you don't feel like you've missed out on something. In my experience, when I've had doubts about something, it always seems like something better comes along later (and my decision happened for a reason). I guess that's known as destiny.

Wow - thank you so much for all of your support. I do feel good about this, Now for the build-up to Christmas - I'll be in the mall every weekend until December and then every day in the mall....

I am glad you have come to a decision you wont regret.

I also had the chance to rent retail space in a new local shopping centre / indoor market. It seemed perfect, hippy-style / alternative and not too expensive. But I decided that I wont do that until I am confident to make enough money to be able to employ staff. And the patience to deal with that. I am not going to be in the shop for 7 days a week and make product on top of it. Maybe one day...
