The recipe I've been messing with only has an INS is 115, much lower than the "ideal" of 136+. I know numbers don't tell the story, but the other batches I've made have been 140+ and I'm concerned this recipe might end up too soft. I don't want to have to redo it! Should I increase the CO and with it the superfat?
