Just as gorgeous as the last rose loaf! 60%??? That's a lot of Himalayan salt. People say it's really scratchy even tiny sized - obviously you don't believe so . I've been put off using it because of that. Even found a really cheap bag of fine H salt and didn't buy it. Should I have?
I didn't listen to the advice of our fellow members regarding pink Himalayan salt and made a large batch of salt bars with it. Needless to say I have over a dozen bars that are not sellable. One of them actually left a scrape on my skin. I won't doubt them again.

your rose soap is fabulous!! I tried the drop swirl last week--it was ok but I wished I would have gotten more drops, do you have any pointers!!

I do Marilyn! Pour your white batter (or other color) 2/3 up your mold. At light trace, in one color, pour 3 thin-medium lines down the length of the mold, spacing them equally. Hold your pitcher about 6 inches above the mold. Next, beside those same lines, pour another color, then another beside those lines. Start again with each color layering them on top of one another, lifting your pitcher up a little each time you start your rows over, so the soap batter will go down just a little into the soap. I also save some white (your base color) for the top. When you use all but a little of your colors up, evenly spread your white soap across the top. Drop spots of each color randomly in a line down one side of your mold or the middle. Use a very thin skewer and do a LIGHT figure 8 through the colors. Stay on the surface. Sprinkle with gold enviro glitter :)
