making banners that move?

I make my own still banners, but i would like some w/ movement to place on other forums/websites. can anyone suggest a place to get these made?

You will need a software such as Jasc animation shop or Photoshop, and there are many tutorials on the internet which could probably help you with it.
I could help out if you had a good idea of what you wanted it to do, but looks like you already have an offer on that!
