Wow those are brilliant!

I'd probably tip over the 2nd one if I saw it in real lol to see if the ice moves. The first ones reminds me of resin work.

The recycled one is an awesome concept and Queer bull horns make me giggle hihi, cute!

Love these!!
Your very kind

Welcome. I am glad there are artistic people with talent to take up the slack for klutzy people like me. Each has their way of bringing some kind of joy to the world and your way looks great.
Cheers
gww
Thank you.. soaping is my calm place so i love to do it

Hi @Benjifrazer !

Breathtaking. Your “recycling” soap has church window qualities! (I only hope the black batter sticks well enough for these to fall apart … was there, not fun).
May I ask if the “halo” around the goldfish is intentional or not? I have been playing around with colours bleeding into M&P, but yours is so much more than a mere technocratic proof-of-concept!

Welcome!
Your soaps are really amazing and inspiring.
I especially love the fish one with the trasparent soap, I remember that one from the September Challenge on the Soap Challenge Club. I also joined that one and at the time of voting your entry was an immediate "this has my vote!" for me. So beautiful!

Fantabulous soaps 👌👍
Just curious to know that the transparent MP base is your own base, I mean you made the base , or is it a readymade base

I actually made the melt and pour from scratch and part of the process is keeping the solvents (water and alcohol) in proportion. I think the haloing is part of that

Yes, oof, that sounds finicky. Working with alcohol is rewarding but difficult. That's why I have decided to sacrifice some clarity, and go alcohol-free for my solvent mix.

That sounds great. I just can't stop mys lf from asking you these question since I have been making base myself.... I make MP soaps. There is some issue or the other with the base... like , when I make the base either the base doesn't come out to be very transparent like yours do. Or if it does , then the soap doesn't give the lather that it should. I would like to seek your help in this pls.

Clarity in my understanding is the colour of all the ingredients first. Anything off of clear will cause issues and using anything other than 99% isopropyl alcohol will give occlusions

tree Marie soap works on YouTube has a clear melt and pour tutorial that has some useful tips on clarity issues

Will be trying it tonight
