Lotion Bar Tin that won't rust?

Quick question, anyone have a source for small lotion bar tins that won't rust? I have found several but they say they will rust if something with water is left in it.

I've heard of people who make candles in tins coating the inside with Modge Podge, but when I tried it the Modge Podge just beaded up.
