Lotion bar gone wrong....?

I made a lotion bar and used soy wax instead of beeswax. It ended up being pretty soft and melts when you handle it. I want to still put it in a tin and sell it but I am having a hard time naming it...Hand balm? Hand salve? It is VERY moisturizing and not greasy. It will sell very well. I just don't know what to call it. Any suggestions?

In a different thread you said that you are new to all of this. Before you start selling your product you need to take at least a year to learn all you can about the process. Then you need to make countless trial batches and tweek your recipe until it is perfect. After your recipe is perfect it needs to be sent out to testers so you can receive feedback on its quality. In the meantime you will need to purchase insurance and all the licenses that are required by the state and federal govt in your area. I know it seems like alot but it is all part of the journey and you will have lots of fun along the way.

Sounds like it's nice on skin, but will it hold up in warm weather or a hot bathroom? These are conditions to which you can expect such a product to be exposed. Product development has a lot to take into account!

You can melt it down again and reformulate until you get the hardness you desire.

I just want a name for it before I give it to friends/family to try.
